Gessen Girls' Academy 3rd-year Yumi and Hanzō National Academy 2nd-year Asuka are ready to race! These two are a powerful pair of shinobi, but their views are like night and day: Yumi's justice is absolute, while Asuka's all about friendship and hard work. Despite their differences, they became the best of friends after getting to know each other. Now they've decided to take a break from shinobi life and set their sights on the Kandagawa Cup.

Ikaruga is a 3rd-year student at Hanzō National Academy and a teammate of Asuka's. She is a noble young lady, raised in a wealthy household of elite shinobi. In stark contrast to her teammate, Yomi's impovershed upbringing made her despise those like Ikaruga who lived in excess. Eventually, she would come to know Ikaruga’s true nature, and the two have been best friends ever since. They're a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield and in the Kandagawa Cup.

Dancing (or jet racing) for the honor of evil, these shinobi twins are students at Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy, though they initially got their start at Gessen Girls' Academy before transferring over. Their sisterly bond keeps them together, but their wild attitudes set them apart—Ryōna takes some serious pleasure in her pain, while Ryōbi loves dishing it out. Ignore Ryōna and she'll love every minute of it, but point out Ryōbi's below-average bust and she'll raise hell. Together, they're riding onto the waters and into the running for the Kandagawa Cup.

Homura was once the leader of the Elite class at Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy, but a certain incident forced her out. Her loyal team members chose to stay by her side and form Homura's Crimson Squad: a renegade shinobi force with Homura at the helm. Striving to be the strongest around, she sees Asuka as an eternal rival. Homura's jet racing partner, Hikage, is a steadfast member of the Crimson Squad. She claims to have no emotions, but she's slowly begun to open up with the help of her friends. These two are ready for a new challenge, and they're determined to show off their skills in the Kandagawa Cup!

Murasaki is an evil shinobi from Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy...but she's not as evil as most. She'd rather be hanging out at home and surfing the 'net with her favorite stuffed bear, Bebeby. Meanwhile, Mirai's a tiny ball of fire, always ready to show the world her mature side to compensate for her small stature and bust...which she'd rather not talk about. These unlikely allies are joining forces to make a splash in the Kandagawa Cup.
